通粉使用了杜蘭小麥(Durum Wheat)，最硬質的小麥品種，因高密度、高蛋白質及高筋度，所以麵身非常耐煮、而且彈牙。
以傳統銅製意粉器（Bronze Die）擠壓出的意粉，其表面粗糙且充滿小空隙，令湯汁更易滲透入意粉中！而且烹調時會令受熱更均勻！
混合菠菜及番茄的蔬菜成份，令小朋友可以有豐富的膳食纖維！
