DHC維他命B雜是以均衡比例添加維生素B1、B2、B6、B12、葉酸、泛酸、菸鹼酸、生物素、肌醇等9種營養素，有助於維持能量正常代謝，增進肌膚、神經系統、黏膜及消化系統的健康，每日攝取可常保充沛活力，讓您天天神采奕奕。
維生素B群是協助胺基酸等營養素代謝的必要成分，每種營養素都分別具有不同的特性及功能，彼此間的作用相輔相成，缺一不可，因此建議最好能均衡攝取。
需特別留意的是，維生素B群屬於人體無法自行合成的水溶性維生素，不僅無法儲存在體內，也容易隨著汗水或尿液而流失，所以需要每天積極補充。
食物來源：五榖雜糧、瘦肉、肝臟、蛋黃、乳酪、牛奶等。
食用方法
每日2粒，配合開水食用
