Vision Health & Support is formulated with vitamin A and zinc to support eye health, as well as lutein and zeaxanthin to help maintain eye macula and retina health. Vitamin A and its active forms in the body (retinoids) play an important role in maintaining healthy vision, zinc supports healthy eye function, and lutein and zeaxanthin are considered conditionally essential nutrients for eye health (1-7).

Ingredients
Each soft capsule contains: Retinol acetate 458.7 micrograms (equiv. to Vitamin A 400 micrograms retinol equivalents), Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 120mg, d-alpha-Tocopherol (Vitamin E) 35.3mg, Lutein 15mg, Zeaxanthin 800 micrograms, Zinc oxide 3.1mg (equiv. to Zinc 2.5mg)

Dosage
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Store below 30°C.
