Order Cancellation/Return & Exchange Arrangements

BabyMall is committed to providing quality products and services. If you are dissatisfied with any purchased items, upon confirmation, we guarantee exchange or full refund.

1) Not Yet Shipped | Order Cancellation and Refund

• Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been shipped
• If cancellation is required, a $100 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund

2) Already Shipped | During Delivery Period

• Orders that have been shipped are not eligible for refund requests
• In case of delivery issues (e.g., customer providing incorrect recipient information, multiple failed delivery attempts, etc.):
  • For redelivery arrangements: Customer must pay the relevant shipping fee – Order shipping fee / $40 shipping fee (applicable to free shipping orders)
  • If delivery failure results in package return and refund is required, we will deduct from the refund amount:
    • Order shipping fee / $40 shipping fee (applicable to free shipping orders)
    • $100 administrative fee

3) Parcel Received | Returns & Exchanges (Quality/Shipping Issues)

• Within 14 days from the date of receipt, returns or refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
  • Shipping errors (wrong item, wrong color, wrong size)
  • Product quality defects or flaws
• Shipping costs for quality/shipping issues will be borne by BabyMall; shipping costs for other situations will be paid by the buyer.

Remarks

• When customers apply for returns or exchanges, BabyMall may request relevant receipts or proof of payment
• The above administrative fees and shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
• To change delivery address or delivery time, please contact customer service as early as possible to avoid delays and additional charges.
